Tirich Mir (7,708m) is the highest summit of the Hindu Kush range and the highest mountain on Earth outside the Karakoram and Himalaya systems. For climbers, the expedition is a serious high-altitude undertaking through the Terich Valley of Chitral toward the upper glacier basins.
Our role is to help expedition teams organize the ground operation around their climbing objective. Instead of forcing every team into a fixed package, we can build logistics around the group’s dates, experience, route strategy, staffing requirements and equipment plan.
From Chitral Toward the Tirich Mir Region
Tirich Mir expeditions are approached through the Chitral Hindu Kush, with the Terich Valley system forming the principal local access area for the mountain group. Exact approach logistics can vary according to the expedition objective, road access, route choice and current local conditions.

A Mountain with a Long International Climbing History
Tirich Mir Main was first climbed in 1950 by a Norwegian expedition led by Arne Næss, marking one of the major early mountaineering achievements in the Hindu Kush.

Travel toward the expedition approach area and establish the first local camp/accommodation.
Approach Trek
Begin the mountain approach through the Terich Valley system with expedition staff and loads.
Continue to Base Camp
Continue the approach toward the Tirich Mir base-camp area.
Base Camp & Acclimatization
