We collect the information you provide directly through our enquiry forms, email, phone and WhatsApp: your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, nationality and any trip preferences or medical considerations you choose to share. Where a permit or expedition booking is involved, we may also collect passport details required by Pakistani authorities.

Your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotations, arrange permits, transport, guides and accommodation, and to communicate with you before, during and after your journey. We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
Sharing with third parties
We share only the minimum necessary information with the parties required to deliver your trip: government permit offices, hotels and guesthouses, transport operators, guides and porters, and where relevant our operating company Chaqon Global Tours. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Data retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained while your trip is being planned and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference purposes. Documentation required by tax or tourism regulators is retained for the period those regulations require.
